Bob Dzialowski
Managing Partner and Developer
Co-founder, principal owner, and Managing Partner and Developer Bob Dzialowski has over 30 years of progressive experience working with YMCA organizations. Bob’s YMCA career began with the YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh as Information Technology Manager for Pittsburgh’s 17 local branches. Bob’s career path led him to Metro Information Systems, the software company which developed the original YMCA systems, as Systems Engineer and Analyst. Bob subsequently joined the YMCA of the USA as Director of Client Services where he was soon promoted to System Architect and Developer, responsible for all software development for the Y-Metro System. Bob worked as Senior Software Developer for the YMCA Collaborative Advantage (YCA), a joint venture created between Bob and the YMCA of Greater Boston. Upon the founding of Symmetrical Solutions in 2002, as Managing Partner and Developer, Bob is responsible for all aspects of the business which support our client base in the USA. Bob also has a significant sales role with the company, as he works closely with Doug Goodfellow, Symmetrical’s Director of Client Relations and Sales, to visit prospective clients and perform software demonstrations.
Bob is a member of the Knights of Columbus and frequently volunteers time to his church, where he assists with many activities and functions. Bob has participated in SeaDoo races in his local area and still enjoys riding personal watercrafts as well as the spending time at the beach and partaking in other water-related activities. Bob is an avid musician and plays both the alto and soprano saxophone in his church band and for various community events. In addition, Bob keeps active through bike riding and working on various projects at his home where he lives with his wife, Linda, their son, John, and their three daughters, Lauren, Megan, and Erin.
