Steve Nevinski
Managing Partner and Developer
Co-founder, principal owner, and Managing Partner and Developer Steve Nevinski brings to Symmetrical Solutions comprehensive professional experience as a result of a diverse information technology career spanning over 27 years. For the first 11 years of his career, Steve worked as a programmer, analyst, designer, and project manager in corporate IT departments with a concentration in the areas of retail, distribution, manufacturing, and insurance applications. In 1999, Steve first became familiar with the Y-Metro™ system through his service with the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee. Through his work with the Milwaukee Y, Steve acquired wide-ranging experience leading to his thorough understanding of critical business systems and the IT needs of YMCA organizations, as he performed various duties with work in the fields of support, programming, and conversions on the Y-Metro™ product. Steve continues to provide creative ideas and solutions with Symmetrical to continue development and enhancements for the Protivity™ system.
Steve enjoys woodworking, swimming, and reading, and his interests include history and following current events. When he is not working on projects to further Protivity™ enhancements to benefit the clients of Symmetrical Solutions, Steve likes to work around his house on home improvement projects in addition to helping family and friends with their home repairs and renovations. Steve enjoys the fruits of his labor and handiwork at his home in Elm Grove, Wisconsin.
