Craig Ostovich
Managing Partner and Developer
Craig Ostovich is a co-founder, principal owner, and Managing Partner and Developer of Symmetrical Solutions. Craig brings with him over 25 years of professional service in the field of information technology, with over 15 years of focused experience developing innovative software solutions for YMCA organizations. Craig’s early career included positions in the retail, manufacturing, consulting, and member services fields, which together has garnered for Craig an insightful overview of business operations. Craig’s Y affiliation began with his consulting work for the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee which led him to a subsequent position with the YMCA of the USA, where he served in roles leading and managing multiple software development teams. Craig’s varied and extensive professional experience has resulted in his comprehensive understanding of how to align organizational structures with the software development process to efficiently facilitate product delivery in a timely fashion for our clients. While leveraging his extensive knowledge of YMCA software, Craig continues to work with his team to provide for Symmetrical’s clients the cost-effective, value-adding inventive enhancements found in our Protivity™ solution.
Craig enjoys nature and participating in outdoor activities with his family including camping, fishing, swimming, and hiking. In addition, Craig is an active YMCA, Martin Club (a non-profit Lutheran men’s club), and church member, and also serves as a volunteer basketball coach for elementary school girls’ teams. Craig lives in Germantown, Wisconsin, with his wife, Diana, and their three children.
